Painted Temples

Join Richard Suggett and Christopher Catling from the Royal Commission on the Ancient & Historical Monuments of Wales (RCAHMW) for a fascinating evening focussing on our church heritage. 

Richard was a Senior Investigator (Historic Buildings) at the Royal Commission and his 'Painted Temples: wall paintings and rood-screens in Welsh Churches 1200–1800' the subject of his talk at this event, was the result of his many years of research into the subject.

Christopher Catling is Secretary of the Royal Commission, chairs Llandaff DAC and writes extensively on heritage matters. His talk will focus on the need to ensure our church buildings are sustainable for the future.
