Built 1910 to a design of J Cook Rees of Neath the church is significant for its rare complete ensemble of stained glass by Swansea firm Celtic Studios (Wales’ first and largest stained glass studio) dating from 1951-62.
Each window contains a story from the life of Jesus as well as illustrating the development of the Celtic Studios design style through the mid-20th century.
Next to St Margaret’s you can visit the the old medieval church and follow a trail to find out the stories its small but

tightly packed churchyard tells of the lives of local people.
