A particularly notable feature of St Margaret’s is the reredos, considered by some to be the most valuable single possession of the church.

It is early English in character, made with Caen stone, alabaster and marble.

It depicts Moses, Abraham and Isaac, God, St Peter and Aaron. It cost £250, when it was created in 1904.
